WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the execution of our Talent Acquisition strategy across our locations in EMEA APAC and Americas. This role is instrumentaltoour ongoing growth and transformation requiring a strategic mindset and deepoperational deliveryexpertise.

As part of our high-performing Global Advisory Operations& Hub Talent Acquisition team you will report directly to theSeniorManager Talent Acquisition and collaborate closely with both global and local stakeholders. Your focus will be on aligning recruitment efforts with regional priorities executing strategic hiring initiatives and enhancing the overall Talent Acquisition experience across diverse markets.

You will beprimarilydedicated toGlobal Advisoryand Operationsbusiness unitsand additionallywill contribute to the Global Talent Huba dynamic team designed to accelerate scalability improve efficiency andoptimizerecruitment processes. The Huboperatesas a flexible resourcesupporting other business unitsandmanaginghiring volumes.

This structure offers a unique opportunity to broaden yourexpertisebeyond specific business areas or geographies while partnering with fellow Talent Acquisition professionals across regions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle acrossEMEAAPACand Americaswith a primary focus on the Global Advisory and Operationsbusiness units encompassing teams such as Finance IT Legal People & CultureSaaS Delivery Client & Service Operationsand Strategy & Transformation.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for business leaderssupporting hiring needs shaping recruitment strategies driving employer branding efforts and consistently building talent pipelines.

  • Drive sourcing efforts through a combination of personal networks recruitment tools and market intelligence to attract and engage highly skilled professionals.

  • Produce detailed analytical recruitment reports to support datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders tooptimizerecruitment outcomesreducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire whilemaintaininghigh standardsof candidate quality and experience.

  • Support candidate evaluation processes including the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments (e.g. SHL).

  • Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Provide occasional support to fellow Talent Acquisition Partners promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and regions.

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner withdetailedunderstanding ofEMEAmarkets.

  • Experience withAPACor North America is beneficial.

  • A mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience is welcomed as well as the background within Financial Services.

  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics industry trends and competitive landscapes including hiring policies and recruitment norms in APAC.

  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to challenge constructively andadvisehiring decisions with deep market insights and recruitmentexpertise.

  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation frameworks including salary proposalscompa-ratio internal equity and market competitiveness.

  • Familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments (e.g. SHL) is beneficial.

  • High attention to detail and operational excellence in administrative tasks ensuring accuracy and consistency in job postings and documentation.

  • Analytical mindset with effectiveExcelskills and a data-driven approach to recruitmentcapable of interpreting metricsidentifyingprocess inefficiencies andoptimizingsourcing strategies and candidate experience.

  • Experience withWorkdayis appreciated.

  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2 days per week).
