Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Diploma Qualified Educators to join our vibrant Schofields service.

In this role you will guide educational practice deliver high-quality programs and support childrens individual learning and development through engaging play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity.

Responsibilities

    • Support educators in delivering exciting play-based learning experiences.

    • Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.

    • Assist with daily routines activities and care needs in your room.

    • Maintain a clean safe and engaging learning environment.

    • Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.

    • Follow all health safety and compliance procedures.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

    • Current Working with Children Check

    • Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

    • Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)

    • Positive team-focused attitude and strong communication skills

    • Passion for working with children and supporting their development
