This role will partner closely with program areas data engineers and cross-functional teams to transform complex datasets into intuitive dashboards actionable insights and meaningful performance metrics using Qlik Cloud and related analytics tools.Key Responsibilities- Design develop and maintain visually compelling intuitive and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Qlik Cloud.
- Advise program areas on the most effective visualizations and analytical approaches to support business and operational goals.
- Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to gather clean and integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify patterns trends correlations and anomalies within datasets.
- Interpret and communicate analytical results using techniques ranging from basic aggregation to advanced statistical analysis.
- Partner with program areas to define KPIs develop metrics and track progress toward organizational objectives.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to optimize data collection storage and retrieval processes.
- Monitor data quality identify data issues and recommend data cleansing or enhancement solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends tools and best practices in data visualization analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and data scientists to address technical challenges and promote a data-driven culture.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and colleagues fostering continuous learning innovation and excellence in data and analytics practices.
Required Skills- 510 years of experience with Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud data visualization and data analysis
- Experience using Alteryx for data preparation and analytics workflows.
- Expert proficiency in gathering cleaning and preparing data from diverse data sources
- Experience with Oracle SQL Developer TOAD or similar database and data analysis tools.
- 5 years of experience working with environmental data including environmental science water quality or related domains.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and techniques to identify trends patterns correlations and anomalies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate program requirements into technical and visual solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills including presentations documentation briefing reports and stakeholder communications
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work manage multiple tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments
