The Role & Responsibilities Working with a large staff body from Early Years to Sixth Form you will ensure that the schools prestigious reputation is maintained through elite personnel management.
End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the hiring process for diverse roles from specialist PhD-level teachers to estates and catering staff.
Compliance Audit: Conducting regular internal audits of personnel files and the SCR to exceed DfE and ISI inspection standards.
Training & Development: Coordinating the schools internal CPD programme and managing the budget for external professional qualifications.
Staff Voice: Leading the Staff Consultative Committee to ensure an open and transparent dialogue between the Bursar and the workforce.
Requirements
Degree: Degree-level education required.
Certification: CIPD Level 5 or above.
