Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) Location 1313.40 per hour Part-Time

The nursery has naturally lit playrooms high-quality resources and extensive outdoor areas used daily across age this flexible cover role shift patterns change across the week and staff cover is set based on daily attendance and room requirements.

Before You Apply

This role requires a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Applicants must have recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
This position is not suitable for candidates unable to work flexibly across shifts.

Pay: 13.00 per hour (Level 2) 13.40 per hour (Level 3)
Hours: 32 hours per week
Contract: Part-time permanent

What Youll Need

Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
Working knowledge of the EYFS
Confidence working within established routines
Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

What Youll Do

Work directly with children to support care play and learning
Follow daily routines including meals sleep and transitions
Carry out observations and contribute to learning records
Maintain safeguarding health and safety standards
Support room organisation and preparation of activities
Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep rooms running smoothly
