In this role you will manage and develop the network of partners and suppliers for rental services of light and heavy vehicles across multiple countries.

Day to day:

Develop and maintain a mapped network of workshops body shops and other services suppliers ensuring coordination and performance monitoring.
Defining service conditions.
Analyze partner performance and define KPIs.
Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and enhance service quality.
Identify new collaboration opportunities.
Provide clear instructions to the network to ensure secure monitoring of repair downtime in compliance with established authority protocols
Foster collaboration and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.

Essentials:

Degree in Economics Business Administration or Engineering.
Mandatory languages: Italian (fluent) and English (fluent) written and spoken.
Preferred: Knowledge of French or German.
Previous experience in supplier and/or network management with a minimum of 5 years required.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of maintenance and logistics processes.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
