In this role you will manage and develop the network of partners and suppliers for rental services of light and heavy vehicles across multiple countries.

Day to day:

  • Develop and maintain a mapped network of workshops body shops and other services suppliers ensuring coordination and performance monitoring.
  • Defining service conditions.
  • Analyze partner performance and define KPIs.
  • Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and enhance service quality.
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities.
  • Provide clear instructions to the network to ensure secure monitoring of repair downtime in compliance with established authority protocols
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.

Essentials:

  • Degree in Economics Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Mandatory languages: Italian (fluent) and English (fluent) written and spoken.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of French or German.
  • Previous experience in supplier and/or network management with a minimum of 5 years required.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
