Wartburg College Title of Position-GA Assistant Football Coach-Offense (Part-time)

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Coaching and recruiting student athletes. 2. Offensive athletic skill development. 3. Additional duties assigned by head football coach. 4. Research the effect of training variables on athletic performance in college football athletes.
Minimum Requirements: - Requires a bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college/university.
- Relevant football experience as a coach or athlete.
- Requires clear communication skills and desire to work with college-age students.
- Requires a commitment to the welfare and development of student-athletes within the philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics.
- Must be enrolled in the prescribed MA in Leadership courses each term.
- Must maintain an overall grade point average of 3.00 while in the GA program.
- Must meet the eligibility requirements for employment within the United States.
- Must successfully complete a background screening.
