Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support troubleshooting and maintenance for both office and remote workstations. This entry-level position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who enjoys solving problems and delivering excellent user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting:Diagnose analyze and resolve hardware and software issues involving desktops laptops printers and peripheral devices.
- Software Support:Install configure and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and company software applications.
- Ticket Management:Monitor document and resolve user support requests through the ticketing system while providing timely updates to staff.
- User Setup:Assist with employee onboarding by preparing hardware setting up user accounts and performing basic network troubleshooting.
- End-User Support:Provide both on-site and remote technical support to employees as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience:02 years of experience in technical support customer service or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Working knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).
- Education:Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Abilities:Strong communication skills patience and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Salary range: $45000 - $60000 Annualized
