Job Summary
Quality Control Inspector
Location:Headquarters
Ignite Aero Engines
Reports To:President
AtIgnite Aero Engines quality and safety drive everything we do. We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedQuality Control Inspectorto ensure our engines components and maintenance activities meet all FAA regulatory requirements and company standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining airworthiness and supporting safe efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections includingpreliminary in-progress hidden damage final RII buy-back and receiving
- Ensure all maintenance actions comply withFAA regulations ADs SBs approved data and company procedures
- Review and audit work packages logbooks and maintenance records for accuracy and completeness
- Provide quality oversight and guidance to maintenance personnel
- Participate inSafety Management System (SMS)activities audits and continuous improvement efforts
- Support quality surveillance and corrective action initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2 yearsof maintenance experience with an air carrier or repair station preferred
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and inspection processes
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive compliance mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
