Designed to support childrens curiosity development and lifelong love of learning the school will also serve as a vital resource for families working and innovating in the ERC community.

Babilou Family US currentlyoperatesthree school brands across New England: Heartworks Building Blocks and Little Sprouts. Our schools are part of a global mission-driven early education organization dedicated to supporting the emotional and cognitive development of children in their earliest years. This new school on the Harvard Campus will be the latest addition to our school family and serve as our flagship location.

BabilouFamily US is seeking an inspiring School Director to lead ourflagship schoolopening in Fall 2026 at Harvards Enterprise Research Center (ERC) in Cambridge MA. Situated at the heart of a world-renowned innovation district this role offers the rare opportunity to shape a visionary early learning program that supports childrens curiosity fosters lifelong learning and serves as a cornerstone for families and the ERC School Director willsetthe schools strategic vision cultivate high-impact community partnerships and oversee budget enrollment staffing and team development ensuringhigh levelsof staff and student engagement and retention. This roleis responsible forcultivating a culture of excellence that advances the future of early childhood education at Babilou Family US.

Salary Ranges: $85000to $95000 per yearbonus eligibility/per year for EEC DirectorIIQualified Candidates.

This locationoperatesyear-round MondayFriday7:00AM-6:00PM

Qualifications

Must pass required state and company background checks.
Must have DirectorEECCertification (DII qualification).
5-10 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management.
Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development.
Demonstrated commitment to kindness respect and community engagement.
Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelors degree preferred.
Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
Ability to stand move run and play for most of the day.
Ability tolift upto 50 pounds multiple times a day.

$85000 - $95000 a year

The compensation range represents Babilou Family USs intention for this position. Actual offers may vary based on experience education and other business factors.
