Position Overview:

Works with and assists the department in the completion and execution of PPD contracts with clientsvendors consultants independent contractors and all other relevant Agreements. Performsadministrative duties including handling tracking scheduling expenses and ancillary budgetmanagement for the department.

Essential Functions:

  • Follows up with clients vendors consultants and independent contractorsregarding agreements and tracks the negotiation and execution of thoseagreements throughout the contracting process.
  • Compares drafts of agreements and reviews for accuracy for specialists andattorney-level positions.
  • Provides direct technical and administrative support to the department.
  • Handles tracking scheduling expenses and ancillary budget management forthe department.
  • Understands and adheres to PPD and client SOPs WPDs and other regulationsfor all aspects of project implementation execution and closeout.
  • Delegates work to administrative staff including tracking progress of legal matters and managing contractual approval signature and record-keeping processes as well as oversees/supervises work performed by such administrative staff.

Education Experience and Requirements:

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to atleast 2 years) or equivalent combination of education training & experience.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with proven ability to handle multipletasks efficiently and effectively
  • Flexibility and judgment required to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines
  • Ability to apply knowledge of and adhere to all PPD and client SOPs WPDs and other regulations inall aspects of project implementation execution and closeout
  • Excellent English and grammar skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
