Job Title:Customer Service Rep (Mascot Shop) Location: TCSantiago R.D. Salary: RD$ 40000 monthly performance incentives 1 Seat: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This role focuses on supporting schools and clients by managing Mascot Shop platform updates following up with account maintenance and setup and ensuring exceptional customer experiences as well as guide schools administrations and reps to help then have full control of their schools and brand. RESPONSABILITIES: - Assist clients with concerns and provide all necessary information via email and telephone.
- Process orders inquires.
- Assist school administrators or representatives with the setup process or order questions.
- Create new stores on the school stores page.
- Manage Salesforce cases to address customer representative and administrator concerns.
- Host webinars and onboarding sessions with administrators and representatives when needed.
- Quick start Meetings
- Conduct audits to customers accounts orders and cases to research identify and correct errors.
- Outbound calls to follow up on requests or as part of courtesy campaigns.
- Participate in temporary task projects supporting other departments following up with clients or executing special processes.
- Address customer issues via emails and calls by providing quick and accurate responses. This includes but is not limited to:
- Helping customers resolve quality issues with their orders and processing replacements if applicable.
- Applying discount codes.
- Editing shipping addresses.
- Canceling orders.
- Refunding orders.
- Following up with orders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook Explorer) (ii) good verbal and written communication skills (iii) good interpersonal skills and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma
