Family Medicine Physician Anoka Clinic (0.74 FTE, Extended Hours)

HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic is looking for a board certified Family Medicine physician to join our Family Medicine team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Family Medicine physician you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification in Family Medicine and a current unrestricted medical license. Experience preferred.

Extended Care Model - The schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off model.

Week 1:

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 9:00am 8:00pm

Friday: 9:00am 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am 5:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am 5:00pm

Week 2:

Monday: 9:00am 8:00pm

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: OFF

Friday: OFF

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: OFF
