Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world-leading global aerospace manufacturing organisation in Belfast as a Supply Logistics Agent.
-
The role is responsible for the planning and management of all transactional elements of parts supply supporting both internal and external customers to ensure the master production schedule is achieved assets are optimised and operational performance targets are met.
-
The Supply Logistics Agent will provide governance and visibility to the Operations Team and work closely with the SCM Execution Team on schedule adherence capacity planning inventory management kitting and system data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and governance of supply chain data to the Operations team
-
Communicate Parts Supply Enablement profiles clearly and effectively
-
Maintain operational systems to the highest levels of data accuracy
-
Perform parameter management to ensure optimum utilisation of assets
-
Work within and actively support a Natural Team environment
-
Provide and analyse forward load and capacity plans including Line of Balance (LOB) updates
-
Ensure timely delivery of parts to both shopfloor operations and external customers
Skills & Experience Required
-
Minimum 2 years relevant Supply Chain experience with an HNC or professional qualification (e.g. CPIM CIPS)
-
Candidates with 3 years relevant Supply Chain experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
Essential:

Knowledge and hands-on experience with MRP Planning Systems
-
Basic working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
-
Strong data accuracy planning and coordination skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
