Essential Skills: Leads and or conducts quality assurance testing of business software applications andor smaller projects to ensure reliability functionality and successful implementation in accordance with the SDLC. Leads junior QA Analysts during Testing Phases and QA effort and provides coaching and mentoring to help develop their is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site 3 days a week providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration. This can be changed to 5 days a week as - This role requires Protected B security clearance (Reliability Status).
