Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Oracle ERP)
Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid 2 3 days/week)
Type: Contract / Full-Time

Overview:
Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise software implementations with a strong focus on Oracle ERP implementations and migrations partnering closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation and migration projects
Manage project scope schedule budget and quality using Waterfall and Agile
Develop and track project budgets forecasts risks and dependencies
Partner with business leaders IT teams and vendors to drive outcomes
Provide executive-level status reporting risk escalation and governance updates
Coordinate cross-functional application infrastructure and integration teams
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations
Strong Oracle ERP implementation and migration experience
Hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Solid understanding of infrastructure and enterprise application landscapes
Demonstrated budget management and financial tracking skills
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
