Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Consultant specializing in Payroll Data Conversion Reporting and Integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in migrating legacy payroll data into Oracle Fusion developing robust reports and building seamless integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Payroll data conversion/migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Payroll.
• Design develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts for data extraction transformation and validation.
• Build and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports for payroll compliance and business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate mapping of payroll data elements.
• Develop and support OIC integrations between Oracle Fusion Payroll and external systems (HR Finance Benefits etc.).
• Perform data validation reconciliation and error resolution during migration cycles.
• Provide technical expertise in payroll reporting compliance and audit support.
• Document technical designs conversion strategies and integration flows.
• Support testing cycles (Unit SIT UAT) and resolve defects promptly.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of technical experience in Oracle applications with at least 2 years in Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll.
• Strong expertise in Payroll data conversion/migration processes.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL development for complex queries procedures and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) report development and customization.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and managing integrations.
• Experience with data mapping reconciliation and validation techniques.
• Ability to work closely with functional payroll teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules beyond Payroll (Core HR Benefits Time & Labor).
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas and Payroll calculation rules.
• Exposure to migration projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll is a plus.
