Our client is an award-winning family-run roofing company based in Livingston serving domestic customers across Central Scotland. Theyve experienced significant growth over the past seven years expanding from 6 to 40 employees and recently relocated to a new 7000 sq ft headquarters.

Job Info:

Conduct roofing surveys identify roof issues measure and assess roof conditions and prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing work. Communicate with customers to explain findings produce quotes and support the handover of work to the delivery team.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience surveying and estimating on residential roofs
• Good communication skills with customers and team members
• UK driving licence and ability to travel to customer properties
• Strong technical acumen
