Youll join our Transportation Technical Leadership team. We bring together specialists who shape safe sustainable and futureready transport solutions. Youll work across complex infrastructure projects guiding technical delivery and helping us strengthen our capability quality and innovation.

Your role

Youll lead the technical direction of your projects supporting teams to deliver safebydesign solutions that make a real difference to people and places. Youll take responsibility for shaping approaches reviewing work and setting high standards across everything we deliver.

Youll help grow our technical capability by sharing knowledge driving new ideas and supporting improvements in how we work. Youll also play a role in winning new work - supporting bids influencing client decisions and contributing to the development of our future strategy.

About you

• Youre professionally qualified with broad technical knowledge and the ability to deliver varied technical assignments.
• You have a strong technical background with a track record of delivering complex work to time cost and quality.
• You enjoy creating innovative solutions and expressing ideas clearly in writing and in person.
• You can lead discipline teams and provide confident technical guidance on challenging projects.
• You understand safebydesign principles and use them to shape decisions and eliminate risk.
• You can coordinate technical interfaces across multidiscipline environment.
• Youre comfortable presenting to clients colleagues and wider audiences.
• You contribute to winning work and enjoy being part of successful bids.
• You make balanced commercial decisions and can navigate competing pressures.
• You invest in your own development and support others to grow their skills.
• You build strong relationships work well in complex situations and drive work through to completion.

Security clearance
