We are partnering with an emerging hospitality concept in Zurich combining high-quality cuisine refined design and a strong focus on experience. The venue is built around craftsmanship seasonal products and a modern approach to gastronomy attracting a discerning local and international clientele.
As part of its upcoming opening we are looking for a committed and passionate
COOKING CHEF (m/w/d)
the role.
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the menu alongside the kitchen team
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
- Maintain strict standards of hygiene safety and organisation
- Manage preparation mise en place and service execution
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding guest experience

- Solid experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of fresh seasonal products and modern cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented mindset with a sense of responsibility
- Attention to detail reliability and pride in your craft
- Good command of English; German is an asset
