Mold Maker CNC Programmer

Position Summary:

TheMoldmaker/CNC programmer/Operatoris responsibleto buildreviseandmaintainEntegris owned molds tooling and fixtures by performing machining and mechanical processesmethodsand techniques.With provenperformancethe opportunities to grow into a larger or different role exist. Providingadditionalsupporttothe production teams.

Open to providing relocation assistance if not living close to the Chaska MN facility.

$3000 Sign-on bonus

Second Shift Hours MONDAY-FRIDAY 2nd SHIFT 1:30PM-9:30PM with overtime opportunity or 1:30Pm -11:30PM 4 days/week

Responsibilities:

• Building ofnew molds along with mold inserts for existing tooling.

• Ability to repair toallow quick turn-aroundwith issues as they arise within competency level.

• Maintainscurrent andappropriate documentationin mold files. Completes all job-related documentation.

• Operates Tool Room equipment ata high levelof competency (CNC Mills CNCEDMsand CNC Lathes to level of operation to proficient competency).

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems related to mold cycling mold function in the press miscellaneous tooling and fixtures as required.

• Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

• Assembles production molds cleans molds following standard procedures and reassembles such as.

• Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• 2-year degree inmoldmakingor completion of qualified apprenticeship program

• Knowledge and use of SolidWorks/Creo

• Programming skills for CNC mills and Lates using Mastercam.

• Ability todemonstrateproblem solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform math computations and computer data entry.

• Ability to lift 50lbsand stand duringentireshift.

• Ability to perform repetitive pushing and sliding of mold plates and mold inserts.

• Periodically this position requires repetitive hand wrist andgraspingof objects with fingers for extended periods of time.

• Ability to visually detect quality defects.

• Compensation is $65000-$72000 annually (based on experience)
