About the Role
As a Collision Repair Technician you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a world-class customer experience. Youll:
- Perform thorough disassembly repair and reassembly of vehicles.
- Ensure structural integrity by repairing and realigning frames panels and body components.
- Use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM-level quality and safety standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs.
- Deliver repaired vehicles with confidence ensuring work is complete and customer-ready.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of technical school program OR apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair methods tools and procedures.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Physical ability to bend kneel lift up to 30 lbs. and safely perform repairs in a shop environment.

- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
- Required Skills/Abilities Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision
- Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop
- Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies
- Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade
- Other Requirements Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to bend stretch kneel and squat to perform repairs and inspections
- The physical demands of your job must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
