Description
The Information Technology Support Specialist supports the mission goals and objectives of the North Country Family Health Center by providing computer support and technical guidance to the staff of the Health Center. The individual maintains the Health Centers Helpdesk system and handles end user troubleshooting which may require travel to any of NCFHCs locations. The individual will support the Health Centers information technology system and health information technology system. The Information Technology Support Specialist assists with the installation of new software programs adding/removing email contacts assisting staff setup new hardware and accounts etc.
Requirements
Associates of Science Degree in computer technology or a related field and a minimum of three years experience (or industry equivalent). Has excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Skilled with computers and computer applications; preferred skill with health information technology systems. Gives attention to detail and has organizational and planning ability. Works independently with minimum supervision. Detail-oriented have good problem solving and research skills and understands the importance and benefits of data quality. Has a positive attitude and high energy is a quick learner is adaptable to change and is resourceful and proactive when identifying and resolving problems. Must have a valid drivers license and means of transportation.
Salary Description
Starting at $23.27/hr.
