Job Summary
TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern Students) Controlling Analyst
Polanco CDMX (Hybrid)
Position Summary
Thales is looking for a TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern) Controlling Analyst who willbe Responsible for working in an integrated manner with Regional and Division Finance teamsas well as Local business management to ensure data availability and proper analysis.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Management Office to accomplish theProject tasks and accounting aspects.
- Effectively communicating with project managers regarding contract documentspurchase orders Invoices change orders and any additional services as required.
- Providing standard and ad hoc reporting in support of controlling.
- Journal Entries preparation support documentation.
- Support with the controlling Internal controls.
- Track Budget and Cost Controls analyze project variances and delayed collections.
- Financial statements basic knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently studying in the last semesters (5th semester onward) in Accounting orFinance.
- Availability to participate in the program a minimum of a year and a half.
- Availability to Work 30 hours per week in a Hybrid Scheme.
- Experience project accounting / general accounting.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with ERP preferred SAP.
- Experience working with Power-BI.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency oral & written.
- Strong communicator and negotiator analytical results-oriented customer-oriented astrong time manager autonomous honest and empathetic strong focus on helpingcustomers and ensuring their satisfaction.
