Job Summary

Responsible to manage and monitor current and new customers quality management systems in the organization to assure requirements and specifications.

Coordinate and review with work team control plan reaction plan technical specification and quality critical features that must be accomplish by production area in product manufacturing.
Lead to multidisciplinary team to assure the permanent corrective actions in quality management systems and in customer sites due to warranty claims to assure the accomplish manufacturing product in production line and quality targets.
Lead equipment and process of manufacturing with statistical analysis run line validation of permanent corrective actions due to Warranty claims with support of Manufacturing and Quality Engineer. Stomer Sites to answer on time due to Warranty Claims.
Manage and Monitor debits/responsibilities financial due to any Warranty claim event for program coverage (0 3 12 36 MIS) or equivalent to years or miles with financial BorgWarner Irapuato/Suppliers/Customer area It is communicated to Direction Management Plant and PTC though to sales against warranties format KPOs and Engineering Dashboard.
Execute statistical analysis related to product survival/fails (MIS Miles MT etc.)
Validate Permanent and Preventive Corrective actions due to Warranty claims and suggest Read Across as needed to prevention.
Validate Error proofing Equipment (Error & Mistake Proofing) due to Warranty claims and suggest Read Across as needed to prevention.
Document Lessons Learned to be used in new programs.
Active participation as needed in documentation though to Quality advance programs to new projects and engineering changes to suggest Read Across as needed to prevention.
Promote continues improvement and quality assurance systems to reduce Warranties.
Supervise the correct execution of counter measurements in Plant base of Suppliers due to Warranty claims. Once implemented by Quality Team and SDE/SQA Plant.

Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or similar.
Customer Sites NA PRAS Plus EWT WIS QNA GART SAWRP GIM PRTS Part Link QIMS QDAP Palantir WAH & SQIDS.
2 years of experience in Automotive area or similar.
Knowledge of quality system in ISO&TS/16949
Slim Manufacturing knowledge and Analysis of Problem Solving.
Core Tools Knowledge and Basic Quality Automotive Tools.
Advanced English.
