We are currently seeking aphlebotomistto work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office.In this role you will provide exceptional customer service perform skilled specimencollectionsand be the face of the addition you will be providedwithopportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range:**$21.00 - $33.00per hour

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills andpriorrelevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.

Work Schedule:Monday-Friday7am-4pmadditionalhours and rotatingSaturdaysmay be required

Job Responsibilities:

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Collect specimens for drug screens paternity tests alcoholtestsetc.

Perform data entry of patient information inan accurateandtimelymanner

Process billing information and collect payments when

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel toadditionalsites when needed

Job Requirements:

Must have valid California issued Phlebotomy LicenseORhave an application for Phlebotomy License filed with California Department of Health at time of hire

1 year ofpreviousexperience as a phlebotomistispreferred

Proventrack recordin providing exceptional customer service

Strong communicationskills; both written and verbal.Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Must be able to attend 2-week training in California

Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
