Job Summary

The City of OFallon is looking for an energetic and caring team member for the position of Kids Korner/Stay n Play Attendant. This position plays an important role in providing childcare services for patrons of the city gym. Our Kids Korner Attendants enjoy a fun work environment with plenty of variety in their workdays. The expected starting hourly rate for this position is $15.25. Were looking for someone who has the desire to provide a fun and safe experience for kids and possesses strong oral and written communication skills.

As a Kids Korner Attendant your duties and responsibilities will include:

Supervising and ensuring the safety of children in Kids Korner
Answering questions from and providing information to parents
Cleaning and stocking toys equipment and supplies
Maintaining accurate attendance records
Administers first aid as needed
Attending mandatory quarterly staff meetings

Applicants must:

Possess knowledge of childcare principles and practices
Be skilled in the management and care of children
Be able to work nights weekends holidays or other irregular hours as required
Knowledge of first-aid and CPR
