Job Summary

As a Production Technician you will support clients core manufacturing and operations functions within an FAA-regulated aerospace environment. This position is central to their Product Realization Process- the integrated flow of materials processes inspections and quality checks that ensures every product delivered meets FAA aerospace and industrial standards.

In this role you will work closely with the Manufacturing Assembly and Test Teams contributing to daily production needs continuous improvement efforts and process reliability initiatives supporting aircraft system components.

Duties would include part preparation: flat lapping polishing deburring cleaning parts etc. It would be a fair amount of batch work (working 50-200 parts at a time) some under a microscope. Work is performed in accordance with FAA ISO and internal quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with multiple departments to support production schedules and workflow in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
* Perform teardown cleaning refurbishment and testing of products.
* Assist with internal manufacturing and repair activities including hands-on assembly work.
* Maintain and repair tools equipment and workspaces to ensure operational readiness.
* Accurately complete job records inspection results and test documentation.
* Promote and maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
