Job Summary
At Watermark we believe a new era of Senior Living starts with you! We are hiring for a Full-Time RN to run our licensed 40 bed Assisted Living.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with managingassessments care planning and discharge using clinical documentation guidelines
- Manage a staff of 8-10 employees
- Oversee clinical parameters regulations and department standards
- Experience in a customer service setting with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for your residents
- A high level of integrity
- A track record as a leader among your peers
- A passion for senior care
- Open and driven communication skills
- Willingness to contribute to our culture
- Excellent time management skills
- Availability on Weekends and Holidays - on call
