Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Taiwan Procurement team specializing in indirect purchasing and procurement operations. In this role you will strengthen our procurement infrastructure by enhancing systems processes analytics and reporting capabilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights improve procurement efficiency and support global sourcing strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making process optimization and operational excellencewith a strong customer focus and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Develop enhance and implement procurement systems and tools to improve operational productivity.
Design and maintain KPIs dashboards and reporting mechanisms using Power BI Tableau Excel or similar tools.
Clean analyze and interpret procurement and spend data to identify trends risks and costsaving opportunities.
Conduct market intelligence research to support sourcing strategies supplier negotiations and business decision-making.
Lead process improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and enhance procurement efficiency.
Drive costsaving and valuecreation projects across indirect procurement categories.
Support supplier onboarding registration compliance and lifecycle management activities.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in indirect purchasing/sourcing (e.g. packaging automation outsourcing services technology MRO logistics infrastructure etc.).
Strong analytical quantitative and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with experience explaining insights to stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with procurement platforms; SAP Ariba preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
English proficiency is preferred.
