About Us:
At Morgan Education Services we offer specialized academic interventions including evidence-based reading programs like Orton Gillingham and other multi-sensory approaches. We also provide individualized support through ABA therapy speech-language services and occupational therapy.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing direct RBT supervision
Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
Collecting and recording data based on client behavior
Communicating with clients parents and caregivers regarding client progress
Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home school or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction skill acquisition and generalization
Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree
(All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure credentialing and certification)
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
Ability to actively engage with clients sit on the floor go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
Technologically proficient.
