Quieres liderar proyectos de ingeniería que marcan la diferencia en planta En GSK buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos con iniciativa técnica y capacidad de ejecución para gestionar instalaciones y equipos desde el diseño hasta la puesta en marcha.

Lo que harás:

• Liderar proyectos end-to-end: URS evaluación de ofertas PIP FAT instalación validación puesta en marcha y seguimiento.
• Negociar con proveedores para garantizar coste calidad y entrega en plazo.
• Coordinar con usuarios operaciones y áreas de planta para integrar soluciones con impacto operativo.
• Asegurar cumplimiento EHS Calidad y normativa (GMP GQP GES y guías del Grupo).
• Incorporar innovación tecnológica y buenas prácticas (automatización digitalización data integrity).
• Aplicar la metodología GPS y monitorizar KPIs para impulsar la madurez de proyectos.

Lo que buscamos:

• Grado en Ingeniería (preferible Industrial automatización o electrónica).
• Sólidade experiencia en industria farmacéutica y/o gestionando proyectos en planta productiva.
• Inglés alto (B2C1).
• Experiencia en planificación de proyectos control de costes e inversiones.
• Manejo de Microsoft Project o Primavera.
• Conocimientos en automatización digitalización y tratamiento de datos.

Se valorará:

• Experiencia en mantenimiento producción o ingeniería de instalaciones/equipos.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
• Conocimientos de SAP.
