Senior IAM Consultant for a leading IT Company in Sweden

With a strong presence across Sweden and long-term customer relationships in multiple industries the company delivers high-impact security and IAM solutions that enable secure growth transformation and innovation.

The organization is now strengthening its Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability and is looking for a Senior IAM Consultant to take a key role in customer-facing assignments and strategic IAM initiatives.

About the role

Are you an experienced IAM professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with advisory responsibilities Do you want to work close to customers and help shape future IAM solutions This could be the role for you.

As an IAM Consultant or Developer you will be directly involved in developing our customers identity solutions all with the goal of creating digital advantages. We deliver end-to-end services to our customers which means working across advisory strategic support development and ongoing management.

Responsibilities:

• Design implement and develop IAM solutions for customers across Sweden

• Act as a trusted advisor in IAM-related discussions with both business and IT stakeholders

• Support customers with IAM strategy governance and technical architecture

• Work hands-on with IAM platforms while maintaining a holistic view of customer needs

• Contribute to the development of IAM standards methodologies and best practices

• Collaborate closely with internal security teams and external stakeholders

You have already demonstrated your capabilities through several years of professional experience and have knowledge within relevant areas such as:

• Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance

• IAM/PAM products such as Microsoft Identity Manager One Identity Omada SailPoint CyberArk ForgeRock

• Strong understanding of directory services including Active Directory Azure AD B2B/B2C and LDAP

• Development and integration using APIs SCIM SOAP MSAL

• Federation technologies such as SAML 2.0 OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect

• Programming or scripting skills PowerShell or JavaScript

• Experience working in Agile environments and with frameworks such as SAFe

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English spoken and written

• Globally recognized certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM or similar) are considered a plus

• Swedish citizenship
