Location: Columbia SC
Shift: Night Shift 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Schedule: 36 hours/week (48 hours/week may be available)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) LTAC MedSurg to join a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility on the night shift. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to medically complex patients requiring extended hospitalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to LTAC MedSurg patients during night shifts

  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and safety standards

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • BLS certification (Required)

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

  • LTAC experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
