Job Summary

The Silver Lake Regional School District anticipates the need for a Long Term Substitute (LTS) Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) for the Integrated Preschool.

This assignment isanticipated to begin in mid April 2026 and end in late September 2026 (not inclusive of the summer).

The SLP is responsible for:

servicing students on IEPs
completing special education evaluations
and writing IEPs and Progress Reports
communicate both verbally and in writing clearly and effectively.
collaboration among colleagues at the Integrated Preschool as well as SLPs across the district.

The SLP will report to the Building Principal.

The ideal candidate possesses a valid MA educator license for Speech Language and Hearing Disorders As this position is anticipated to last less than 90 days it is not a benefits eligible role.
