Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED along with prior experience working in a hospital setting. Candidates with previous experience in a direct patient care role particularly within an Operating Room environment are highly desirable. Strong customer care or patient service experience is also preferred as this role requires professionalism compassion and effective communication. A stable work history demonstrating reliability accountability and commitment to quality care will further distinguish top candidates.
