This role is part of the People Partnering team as part of the PPC organization.
People Partnering organization covers HR / People /Business partnering and also local operations that includes employee relations benefits policies and execution. The partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with the company strategic direction. The operations organization serves as a backbone to enable the partners and the business in providing relevant solutions on people processes respecting geographical and site nuances.
Key collaborators include the APAC Market group leadership team APAC leaders ELT people partners Singapore Hub leadership team. Manager Employee Relations as a position is critical to ensure consistency in flawless execution of people processes within APAC. As part of the partnering and operations team its a significant role that supports consistent execution and understanding of employee relations in All APAC markets with a main focus on Singapore.
Its a substantial role in building the right practices and fundamentals across APAC.
