Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist in installation and emergency repair of plumbing systems underground utilities and sewer systems statewide.
- Submit requisitions and estimated costs on routine maintenance and institutional repairs.
- Instruct and train personnel in the operation of plumbing sewer and underground utility systems.
- Perform required tests and collect data to improve & maintain efficiency and performance of all related systems.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
State of South CarolinaMinimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and experience in the installation maintenance or repair of air water gas or waste disposal systems.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and 5 years of trades experience directly related to the plumbing area of employment.
