The Opportunity:
This position serves as Chief Operating Officer/ General Manager overseeing all Club and POA functions culture financial strategy infrastructure care capital planning and golf operations. Champion Hills Fazio course is a signature asset requiring collaborative leadership between golf professionals agronomy and clubhouse teams to deliver an outstanding golf experience on the course and in every department that touches the golfers journey. With over 65% of members living full-time in the community infrastructure stewardship capital asset planning and awareness of real estate value drivers are essential. Dining at the clubhouse is
also a defining experience demanding a leader skilled in food & beverage operations service standards menu collaboration and cost management. Serve as COO overseeing Club and POA operations culture talent and strategy
Lead and elevate golf operations and golf course maintenance in partnership with golf and agronomy leadership
Oversees the enhancement of all food and beverage programs staffing and member experience
Promote interdepartmental collaboration and communication across all amenity and service areas
Direct financial strategy budgeting forecasting reporting and capital management
Maintain infrastructure and community amenities to protect property value and experience
Develop and mentor department leaders fostering accountability and service culture
Communicate consistently and timely with the Board committees staff and membership
Support lifestyle programming that builds connection pride and community identity
Qualifications
Proven senior leadership in private clubs luxury resorts or residential lifestyle communities
Demonstrated success in food & beverage leadership and service culture development
Experience overseeing golf operations or working closely with golf and agronomy teams
Experience managing infrastructure assets capital budgets or community facilities
Awareness of how operational decisions influence real estate value and membership satisfaction
Strong financial communication and relationship leadership skills
CCM or CCE preferred but not required
