As part of its continued development we are looking for a committed and service-driven
WORKSPACE MANAGER (m/w/d)
the role.- Take full operational responsibility for one premium HeadsQuarter location
- Ensure an outstanding consistent Member and guest experience on a daily basis
- Act as the main on-site point of contact for Members guests and external partners
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the space ensuring order cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure that service quality and delivery consistently reflect HeadsQuarters standards and brand promise
- Coordinate and manage external partners (cleaning technical services maintenance etc.)
- Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events
- Manage access control mail handling data maintenance in internal systems and ordering processes
- Ensure clear and structured information flow from the location to the management team
what you bring.
- Several years of experience in Front Office Guest Relations Hotel Management or a comparable service-oriented environment
- Confident professional presence with strong interpersonal and service skills
- Enjoyment of responsibility and operational ownership of a location
- High level of autonomy reliability solution orientation and resilience
- Genuine interest in people design and premium service environments
- Fluent German and very good English both written and spoken
