As part of its core technical team we are looking for a highly driven and research-oriented
ROBOTICS / AI ENGINEER (m/w/d)
the role.- Drive the research development and implementation of large-scale AI models for robotic learning and manipulation
- Design train and iterate on multi-task and foundation models from pre-training to fine-tuning and post-training
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of data-centric learning pipelines from task definition to real-world evaluation
- Oversee the full data flywheel process including data collection model training validation and deployment
- Develop clean maintainable and scalable Python code using modern deep learning frameworks
- Collaborate closely with robotics hardware and engineering teams to ensure stable and efficient real-world deployment
- Contribute to technical direction project coordination and research prioritisation within a small high-impact team
what you bring.- PhD in Computer Science Robotics AI or a closely related field or equivalent industry experience at PhD level
- Several years of hands-on experience training and deploying advanced machine learning or generative models
- Strong background in Python development and modern deep learning frameworks
- Excellent empirical research skills and strong intuition for model behaviour and performance
- Experience managing complex technical projects or supervising research initiatives
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving early-stage environment
- Very good command of English
