Lockwood Andrews & Newnam Inc. (LAN) is an employee-owned planning engineering and program management firm delivering infrastructure solutions that strengthen communitiessince 1935. With 15 offices and more than 385 professionals LAN supports public-sector clients across water wastewater stormwater transportation and other essential markets.
LAN is seeking a Marketing Intern with a graphic design focus to support the firms marketing and creative initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience working alongside professional graphic designers and marketers contributing to real-world projects that support proposals social media conferences and internal communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the graphic design team with design and production tasks.
- Support development of social media posts graphics and short videos.
- Assist with conference and event graphics and materials.
- Support development of animated visuals and graphics.
- Provide general marketing support and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Required Education & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program preferably in Marketing Graphic Design Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop After Effects or similar tools)
Preferred Education & Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms and basic digital marketing strategies
