Part-Time Senior Program Manager-DARPA, TSSCI and Polygraph

LOE required is 0.25 FTE.

Description:

Experienced Senior Program Manager candidate sought to provide SETA support. The ideal candidate will have prior DARPA and IC experience. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of IC to support transition efforts of DARPA technology. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced high-stakes environment to support ongoing and future transition efforts.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree
• 15 years experience working in or with the IC
• Proven experience transitioning technology from DARPA to DoW and the IC
• 7 years experience with DARPA as a SETA
• Demonstrated experience with DARPA program lifecycle (esp. start and completion)
• 4 years direct support of hardware design teams (esp. DARPA MTO)
• 3 years direct support of cyber design teams (esp. direct support to operations)
• Must actively hold IC-directed briefings to enable transition efforts
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate development road maps to senior leadership
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Translation and Communication: Guiding the DARPA R&D teams towards transition opportunities
• IC tactics and procedures: Apply hands-on experience with IC tactics techniques and procedures (TTPs) to support and enable transition
• Analysis: Leverage analysis to guide development efforts.

Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with a Full Scope polygraph is required.
