Global FCFP Product Lead Outbound Data Products

Data sits at the heart of effective financial crime prevention. As Product Lead Outbound Data Products you ensure that the data produced across INGs global FCFP landscape is reliable compliant and ready for use. You connect data producers and data consumers translating complex needs into highquality data products that support regulatory compliance and operational excellence every single day.

The team

Youll work within Global FCFP as part of the Data Tribe where multiple product areas come together to enable scalable compliant data delivery.
This product focuses on outbound data: all alert case and process data produced by FCFP assets that needs to be made available for consumption across ING.

You lead a globally distributed team of business and tech colleagues (approximately 1525 FTE). Business roles are primarily based in the Philippines while tech colleagues are located in India and the Netherlands. You collaborate closely with FCFP asset teams (such as KYCO Name Screening AMS PTS FCRM and Quantexa) countries Compliance and COOA acting as the key interface between data producers and data consumers.

Roles and responsibilities

As Product Lead you own both the what and the how within a clearly defined product scope. You will:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for FCFP outbound case and alert data products.

• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise business value regulatory compliance and operational impact.

• Ensure daily ontime delivery of highquality compliant data produced by FCFP systems.

• Build and evolve data products that make complex data easy and stable to consume for reporting analytics AI model development and quality assurance.

• Drive delivery across multiple squads and manage crossfunctional and crosscountry dependencies.

• Set standards for data delivery data models and technical data capabilities within your product.

• Lead and develop people with a strong focus on craftsmanship ownership and professional growth.

• Work closely with Tech to ensure solutions are scalable robust and fit for purpose; this is not a handoff role.

• Collaborate with other Product Leads to ensure alignment reuse and consistency across the Data Tribe.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bring strong experience within KYC / Financial Crime Prevention with understanding of FCFP processes systems and data.

• Understand data delivery data flows and data lifecycle management and how data is consumed at scale.

• Have solid knowledge of technical data capabilities including data models and making data technically accessible.

• Be comfortable leading crossfunctional globally distributed teams in a complex environment.

• Demonstrate strong product management skills including building roadmaps managing backlogs and driving delivery.

• Work closely and confidently with Tech speaking the same language and guiding developers effectively.
