We are seeking an inspirational Interventions Lead to lead and coordinate high-quality provision for students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) within the AEPC and to take oversight of a group of Teaching Assistants who make up our wider SEND team. What We Are Looking For:

An inspirational candidate with a passion for supporting students who face additional challenges to their learning

A track record of supporting students with additional needs and the ability to lead a team in improving their outcomes

A commitment to securing strong student outcomes by supporting consistently high-quality teaching and targeted intervention work when required

An ability to work with small groups of students and on a one-to-one basis as required

Strong English and Maths skills to enable the effective support of students and clear communication with their families
