Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee tea and specialty beverages.
- Operate espresso machines grinders and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café including workstations and customer areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests taking orders and handling inquiries.
- Manage cash register operations including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans milk pastries and other inventory items.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures ensuring the café is ready for service.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
