Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sterling OMS Developer to work on large-scale order management applications in the retail / eCommerce domain. The role involves designing developing and supporting IBM Sterling OMS solutions and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and support IBM Sterling OMS applications
Customize Sterling OMS using Java user exits services agents and APIs
Work on order creation fulfillment shipping returns and inventory
Integrate Sterling OMS with ERP WMS POS and payment systems
Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
Guide and review work of junior developers
Work with business and testing teams to deliver solutions

Required Skills

10 years of IT experience
Strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS (v9 / v10)
Good knowledge of Java / J2EE
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and XML
Knowledge of Oracle or DB2 databases
Retail / eCommerce domain experience
