Pay Rate: Up to $19/hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Navigator to support oncology patients within a hospital-based Cancer Service Line. This role focuses on care coordination patient advocacy and ensuring a seamless healthcare experience throughout the patients treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Assist oncology patients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing appropriate services
Provide patient coordination and basic case management support
Communicate effectively with patients families and multidisciplinary care teams
Deliver culturally sensitive patient-centered support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using basic computer applications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word Excel)
Strong customer service skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity
