TheSenior Business Systems Analystis a critical contributorwithintheCustomerAnalytics service delivery team responsible for supporting the stabilization evolution and ongoing delivery of complex analytics and reporting services. This role partners closely withdeliveryleadership stakeholders and analysts to ensure reporting processes are clearly understood consistently executed and positioned to scale as platforms and processesevolve. Therole requires strong analytical judgment a technical mindset and the ability tooperateeffectively in environments with layered data dependencies evolving platforms and high delivery sensitivity.

What Youll Do

• Support analytics service delivery through periods of change by ensuring stability clarity and reliable execution
• Partner with delivery leadership to absorb structure and operationalize existing analytics processes enabling continuity and long-term sustainability
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of clear structured documentation that supports knowledge transfer onboarding and service continuity
• Conduct root causes analysis and identify alternative solutions
• Support end-to-end delivery of analytics and reporting solutions ensuring clarity across data sources processes and outputs
• Provide subject-matter support across analytics platforms and reporting tools including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology product data quality) to support issue resolution access readiness and process alignment
• Identifyopportunities to improve process consistency efficiency documentation quality and operational resilience as the service matures

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree where course work could include (either):SQLprogrammingbusiness analytics business administration finance mathematics or related discipline
• Must have 5 years of relevant work experience in data reporting & analytics travel industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in complex multi-source data environments
• Proficiencyin Exceland working knowledge of SQL and relational databases with the ability to understand data structures lineage and query logic
• Experience using Alteryx or similar analytics tools to support reporting and data workflows(workflow development troubleshooting and server exposure preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguous or evolving processes and bring structure and clarity
• Strong communicationskills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality consistency and operational reliability
• Willingness to work flexible hours including those needed to support customers in other regions
