The Guardian Annuity New Business CARE Team is seeking a highly skilled and relationship-focused Annuity Relationship Manager to support all aspects of annuity new business this role you will partner closely with internal teams distributors and field representatives to ensure exceptional service and a seamless consumer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong intellectually curious adaptable and passionate about delivering personalized and meaningful service interactions. You Will
You Have
6 years of financial services experience including direct consumer or field-facing responsibilities.
Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
FINRA Series 6 license preferred.
Deep knowledge of fixed variable and indexed annuity products.
Excellent phone presencearticulate confident professional and relationship-oriented.
Experience training or presenting to groups through virtual platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
A consumer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Location
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite in either the Bethlehem PA or Pittsfield MA office. Team members must be able to come to campus as needed. Onsite requirements are subject to change based on business needs.
Salary Range:
$59110.00 - $88660.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education experience knowledge and abilities of the successful addition to salary this role may also be eligible for annual sales or other incentive compensation.
